Richard has over 25 years' experience of successfully leading projects, programmes and consulting assignments. His delivery focus equips Richard to succeed in a range of leadership roles, whether that be with public, private or voluntary sector organisations.
Richard has worked with dozens of Local Authorities and many central Government departments including the Ministries of Defence, Justice and Housing, Communities and Local Government. Richard also has over 12 years experience working in the private and voluntary sectors.
Richard's strong stakeholder management, negotiation and diplomacy skills build confidence, and engagements are delivery focused and always conducted with the highest integrity and honesty. Richard's style is open, emotionally intelligent and supportive, bringing challenge, innovation and problem-solving to the fore. Richard is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) and an Axelos P3M3 Assessor.
Gill is a customer experience, service design and business process improvement expert, with over 25 years’ experience in business and management consulting. Gill has led advisory and programme delivery assignments across all sectors including the Capita/Army Recruitment Partnership, A2 Dominion Housing, Department for Education, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Essex Police and many NHS Trusts and Local Authorities.
Gill also has over 15 years’ experience of leading and developing consultancy practices in the areas of Strategy, Target Operating Models, Operational Transformation and Customer Experience Improvement. Gill excels at being able to understand, and then solve, business and organisational problems, bringing exceptional insight and analysis allied with a focus on the development of practical solutions that work.
Miles is a multi-accredited leadership development coach and facilitator with a wealth of experience and expertise working in the UK and overseas. His experience includes working in the public, private and voluntary sectors in the UK, including Lloyds Bank, Rolls Royce, The Royal Mint, University of Oxford, Olympus, central and local government, Barnardos and the NHS.
Miles has delivered development programmes in leadership, people development, project and change management. Assignments have included designing and running diagnostic assessments, developing experiential learning programmes and assessment centres and working with senior teams. Miles loves the challenge of change within organisations and is able to build strong relationships and work closely with organisations through difficult times.
